Ila has been where you are. She has felt like you feel - like you're not living up to the vision of who you thought you would be. You want to create a deeper connection to what really matters, but don't have the foggiest idea of how to do it.

First and most importantly, Ila is human, like you, imperfections and all! She believes that, "As soon as we can all recognize and normalize the imperfections of being human, we'll start to make real change in our lives."

Ila works with teams to build the skills that get them to transformative change. We're talking more alignment, more transparency, the ability to debate differences for the greater good, more honesty, stronger trust (especially when the going gets tough), more accountability, and richer innovation and creativity.

Some projects are large enough that Ila calls upon some pretty brilliant people to help her brainstorm, build, and deliver solutions custom made for her clients. She is always thrilled to work with someone who cares as much as she does.
